If you’re selling your NC house, you’re likely looking for a buyer who will make the house-selling process easier. For 10 years, we’ve been buying North Carolina houses and unused land, all the while doing what we can to take some stress out of the selling process.

With that in mind, here are 10 things we do to help make the process of selling your NC property a more pleasant experience:

1. Make sure you have your questions answered

We pride ourselves in transparency. This means that if you have any questions for us, you can expect a thorough, prompt reply.

2. Aim for deals where everyone is happy

We’re not in this business just to see if we can get away with low-ball offers. Sure, we want to buy your house at a price we’re comfortable with, but only if you’re comfortable with what we’re offering. A deal in which both parties are happy is the best kind there is.

3. Make sure any legal documents are processed

If we make you an offer on your house or property, legal documents will need to be signed and submitted. Our acquisitions manager, Marisol Alvarez, can help guide you through this, ensuring any deadlines are met and any forms are submitted.

As a licensed real estate agent, Marisol understands NC’s real estate laws. That’s why we like to say, “When Marisol’s got it, she’s got it.”

4. Accept owner financing

This can be a great option if you don’t want to sell your property all at once AND you don’t want to rent it out. In fact, by choosing owner financing, you have the potential to make a lot more money than if you were to rent your property.

5. Take out the trash

If you’ve inherited a house that you’d rather not clean out all the way, or you’re in a rush to move quickly–don’t worry! We’re happy to discard anything you leave behind.

6. Streamline the sales process

Since we’re the end buyer, you won’t have to go through a middleman to get an offer. This allows for a smoother, faster sales process. Case in point: Most of the time, we can get you cash within 10 days of our offer.

7. Handle repairs

Since we buy houses as-is, if we like your house, we’ll take care of any “fixin’ up” that needs doing.

8. Handle yard work

Similarly, if we buy your NC house (or just part of your property), we’ll take it as-is. No yard work required on your end.

9. Take care of inspections.

NC home inspections cost hundreds of dollars. We don’t require these in order to give you an offer on your house.

10. Stick to our offer

Sometimes, after making an offer, buyers will attempt to renegotiate for less. Not so with us! Once we agree to pay something, we stick to that price.

If any or all of these 10 things sound good to you, and you’re planning to sell your NC house or unused anytime soon, set up a meeting with us by clicking here

We’d love to talk with you.
