How We’re Helping Human Trafficking Victims (A Brief Story)

by Paul Watson | Jun 1, 2024 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

If you are selling your North Carolina house to an end buyer, you want to be sure the person buying your house isn’t a scammer. That’s why we want to share a little about us–so that you can get to know us, and have an understanding that:
We’re real people who strive to live with integrity.
We want to assist others in our community.

That said, here’s a story of how we’re using housing to aid people who are going through tough times.

As you know, many people in the Raleigh-Durham area need help. And at DKL Housing solutions, we want to help them with what we have. We’ve been given the ability to develop real estate, and so we want to use that to help change lives.

To that end, we are excited to share that we are building a special kind of neighborhood. This neighborhood is intended to show love to people who are in need, including women and children who have been victims of modern-day slavery (i.e., human trafficking).

The neighborhood consists of 86 acres and 22 homes. Half of these homes are dedicated to partnering with ministries that need housing. One of these ministries helps women and children who have escaped modern-day slavery.

Here’s why we’re doing this:
We find a lot of meaning and fulfillment helping others.
We want to help people, organizations, and communities get to the next level.
We’re trying to create housing that helps transform lives.

Now that you know a little more about us, we’d like to learn about you. If you’re selling your NC house, please give us reach out to us by visiting this page: https://www.dklbuyshouses.com/contact-us
