August blog post: 5 things you shouldn’t have to settle for when selling your house

It may be time to rethink what it means to sell your house, especially if you think certain unpleasant aspects of the house-selling process are inevitable.

If you’re planning to sell your NC house (whether it’s in tip-top shape or distressed), you should know that there are certain things you just don’t have to settle for.

We’ve listed five below…

1. Home inspections

NC home inspections cost hundreds of dollars.

But why spend money on an inspection if you don’t have to?

If we like your house, we’ll buy it as-is. No NC inspection required.

2. Open houses

Preparing for an open house can take a lot of time and energy. Who wants to do all that cleaning and staging just to get a good offer?

When you sell to us, you don’t need to host an open house. This is because we’re off-market buyers. Meaning you can avoid the effort, time, and (let’s be frank) headache of hosting an open house.

3. Drawn out sales processes

Selling your house shouldn’t seem never-ending (though it often can).

We’ve streamlined the sales process by being the end buyer. This means you don’t have to go through a middleman to get an offer.

And once we make an offer, we can typically get you cash within 10 days.

4. Getting rid of junk

Not all buyers will rent a dumpster and clean out anything you want to leave behind.

But we will.

If you have a distressed house with a bunch of junk or you just need to move quickly and leave trash behind, we’ll take care of it for you.

5. Low-ball offers

You shouldn’t feel pressured to accept an offer that you know is too low. Some buyers intentionally low-ball you, hoping you won’t realize their offer is terrible.

Other buyers will say they’ll pay a fair price only to come back and try to renegotiate for less.

For a decade now, we’ve made dozens of win-win deals with customers throughout North Carolina.

These are the kind of deals where our NC sellers are happy with the amount of money they got, and we’re happy with what we bought.
